These are the types of Admins that may be returned from the List Admins endpoint:

admin | A full Admin on the account - all access. | Cannot have these. |
restricted_admin | Restricted access via custom or managed access policy. | Must have these. |
pending_admin | An Admin with no access yet - needs to be assigned full or restricted access. | Cannot have these. |
