WorkBright API Agreement
1. Limitation of Liability for API Use
You understand and agree that WorkBright is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses (even if WorkBright has been advised of the possibility of such damages), resulting from your use of the API or third-party products that access data via the API.
2. No Abuse or Overuse of the API
Abuse or excessively frequent requests to WorkBright via the API may result in the temporary or permanent suspension of your account's access to the API. WorkBright, in our sole discretion, will determine abuse or excessive usage of the API. We will make a reasonable attempt to warn you via email prior to suspension.
3. WorkBright May Terminate Your Use of the API
We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, your access to the API or any part of it with or without notice.
4. API provides complete access to all of your data
In addition to the above, my signature below acknowledges and authorizes a third party to access our WorkBright account, providing access to all documents and data, via the WorkBright API. Although access is likely granted for a single purpose, such as the automation of Background Screening, the nature of the API does not limit the nature of the information that can be pulled from your account by the third party. Transfer and usage of data and forms by your third party vendor are not covered in your WorkBright customer relationship and are your responsibility to define in your Agreement with the third party. At any point in time, you may discontinue authorization to the third party to access your WorkBright Account, by providing written notice to [email protected].
