Other Acceptable Receipt for I-9: Improved selection options for enhanced clarity when staff select "Other Acceptable Receipt" in List A for the Form I-9. If E-Verify is used, these Form I-9s will now be sent to E-Verify using the Form I-94 Receipt Document Type per USCIS guidelines. The drop down options will now display:
Arrival/Departure Record (Form I-94) with temporary I-551 stamp (with photograph)
Form I-94 with “RE” notation or refugee stamp issued to a refugee
Form Archiving: Added the option to archive a Custom Form. Archiving a form will NOT remove any accepted submissions from the staff profile, any pending submissions will not be retained. Archived forms will no longer be assigned to staff, or listed on the Forms list.

Embedded: New E-Verify Full Page View: Added a new page for embedded, displaying E-Verify case details in a full page view. This can be accessed using /everify/cases/{id} in embedded mode.
Date Forward Forms: Add New Group: Restored the Add New Group function to forms where Date Forward Assignments are enabled.
E-Verify Submission Error/Internal Error Restrictions: Restricted the deletion of E-Verify cases in Submission Error or Internal Error to superadmins only.
E-Verify Credential Update Retry Logic: Updated logic to reattempt submitting cases to E-Verify when credentials are modified, restricting the reattempts to cases in a status of Submitted or Created for active staff only.
🪲 BugFix: Embedded User Confirmation Failures: Resolved issue where sometimes authenticated users in embedded are presented with the create password screen.

Form I-9: Form I-94/I-94A Additional Information: Improved rendering of the Document Title in Additional Information when this form is edited/updated.
Form I-9: Admin Edit Section 2 Expiration Validation: Removed the expiration date validation for admins editing section 2, allowing admins to edit documents that were once valid (but are now expired) in the instance of an internal audit where correction is required.
Form I-9: Section 0: Add Applied for SSN Checkbox: Added support for staff to indicate they have applied for, but are awaiting their Social Security Number on Section 0 (Profile Information) while completing the Form I-9.
Date Forward Form Editor: Improved UX on Date Forward Form Assignments to relocate tooltip so it does not interfere with editing the name of the form.
🪲 Bugfix: I9 PDF Attachments Stored with Wrong File Extension Breaking FileViewer: Resolved issue where certain PDF files were failing to render previews in app because they were being stored with the wrong file extension.
