Configure Embedded Redirect Link and Text via API: Added the Embedded Redirect Link and Text as optional fields on PATCH /api/account, so this can be configured during automated subdomain provisioning.
I-frame Navigation: View Form Link: Updated the View Form link on the I-9 Forms dashboard to open inside the embedded iframe instead of a new browser tab when the Setting configuration "Open Embedded Links In Place" is enabled.

Admin Audit Log: Enable Recording : Enabled events recording for all accounts for the upcoming Admin Audit Log UI.
🪲 BugFix: Misaligned Content Type and File Extensions: Resolved a discrepancy where the submissions API response returned a file extension that did not match the content type of the stored I-9 supporting document.
🪲 BugFix: WorkBright+ Custom Fields Not Syncing: Resolved an issue where the four Full Service custom fields stopped populating, which broke reporting in WorkBright.
Workbright+: Escalate Conversations Based on Sentiment and Escalation Signals: Added automatic escalation of AI-managed conversations into the queue when a conversation shows frustration, repeated unsuccessful resolution, or an explicit request for a person.
Workbright+: Update Receipt & Reverification Forms/Groups: Cloned the Receipt and Reverification forms with the new fields and renamed their groups to "Receipt Submitted (WorkBright+)" and "Reverification Action (WorkBright+)".
Workbright+: Admin Visibility: Added Full Service admins to the list of admin users within a Workbright+ enabled subdomain.
Workbright+: Superadmin Enable Full Service: Added Superadmin support to enable Full Service on a subdomain.
