Unarchive Forms: Added the ability to unarchive a form from the Archived tab so it returns to the Active forms list and is assigned to the staff who match its assignment criteria. *When Archive Forms Feature Flag enabled

Federal W4: Updated the guidance on the Multiple Jobs Worksheet to explain that completing it automatically calculates the Step 4(c) extra withholding amount and what that amount means per pay period.

🪲 BugFix: I-9 Employer Section: The I-9 submission page now refreshes automatically after the employer section finishes processing, so updated employer details appear without a manual refresh.

🪲 BugFix: Workbright+: Resolved a Page not found error shown after signing in with multi-factor authentication from a Workbright+ or Full Service link.

Workbright+: Added the ability for employer admins to reply to WorkBright notes and log outreach from an employee's panel.

Workbright+: Paper I-9s now count as complete until Supplement B is requested, and the employee panel shows the I-9 type.
