    • Password must contain at least 12 characters
    • Password must be changed every 6 months and cannot be the same as your 6 previously used passwords

  • E-Verify Simulator: Updated the I-9 Submission Error requirements for the e-Verify Simulator regarding Passports.
  • Add Rolling Date Range in Reporting: Added the ability to filter a report by a rolling date range for the field Employee Start Date on the Form I-9. This rolling date range will include the following options: last 3 days, last 2 weeks, last month.

  • Expose E-Verify Submittable Reason on Form I-9 Submission: Added an additional section to the Form I-9 submission. This will expose the reason the submission was ineligible to create an E-Verify case at the time of countersignature.

  • Require Back for Social Security Card in Document Verification: For subdomains using Document Verification (any version) the staff will now be required to provide an image of the back of their Social Security Card.
  • Require Front and Back of All Docs: When staff are submitting the Form I-9, they will be required to provide an image of both the front and back of all documents. This is to promote consistency on the image collection of documents regardless of what kind of document it is.
