Submission Status N/A for Not Assigned Forms: Added new submission status of N/A in reporting output data to display when a staff member has not been assigned the form.
Update Documentation Expiration Date Logic: Implemented logic to compare the Form I-94 expiration date in Section 2 to the Authorized to Work Date in Section 1 and expose the earliest date on the documentation_expiration_date on the Form I-9.
