Release #0413

Validation: Zip Code: Added format validation for the Zip Code field in the UI and the API.
Update E-Verify Article Link: Updated the link to the new help article that admins see when their E-Verify credentials fail to authenticate.
🪲 BugFix: Embedded Sign In For Admin w/ Staff Profiles: Fixed an issue that would show the onboarding page in embedded to staff that also have admin profiles.
Edit Section 0: Apply Updates to Profile: Added the functionality of updating the staff profile with the edits made on Section 0 once they submit their I-9. This feature is currently in progress behind a feature flag and not ready for full implementation.
Additional performance enhancements and cleanup tasks.
